Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to digital accessibility
Our Commitment
Atlantic Compliance Group is committed to ensuring that our own website is accessible to people with disabilities. As an accessibility consulting firm, we hold ourselves to the same standard we recommend to our clients: WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We continually review and improve our website to maintain and exceed this standard.
Measures We’ve Taken
This website has been built with accessibility as a foundational requirement, not an afterthought. Specific measures include semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy and landmark regions, sufficient color contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA minimums (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text), full keyboard navigability across all interactive elements including menus, forms, and buttons, ARIA labels and roles where semantic HTML alone is insufficient, a skip-to-content link for keyboard users, an accessibility display options widget offering dark mode, high contrast, larger text, and underlined links, focus-visible indicators on all interactive elements, and responsive design that functions across screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200%.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, we acknowledge that no website is perfectly accessible at all times. We conduct regular reviews and address issues as they are identified. If you encounter any accessibility barriers on our website, we want to know about it.
Feedback
If you experience any difficulty accessing content on this website, or if you have suggestions for improving accessibility, please contact us at info@nacompliancegroup.com. We take all feedback seriously and will respond within one business day.
Assessment Method
This website’s accessibility is assessed through a combination of automated scanning (Google Lighthouse, axe DevTools), manual keyboard navigation testing, and screen reader testing (NVDA). This statement was last reviewed in April 2026.
